Coral Ridge Towers North is located on Ft. Lauderdale’s barrier island with magnificent views of the intracoastal waterway, the City of Ft. Lauderdale, the Atlantic Ocean and only one block west of the famous Galt Ocean Mile beach. 

The 16 story building of reinforced concrete structures was completed in 1964 under the aegis of HUD financing. In 2004, after 40 years, the building is now mortgage free. There are 336 apartments on 16 floors that range in size from 800 sq. ft. one bedroom, one bath to 1200 sq. ft. two bedroom, two bath and to a limited number of 1400 sq. ft. three bedroom, two bath suites.

Residents are required to be at least 55 years of age.  

Amenities enjoyed by Coral Ridge Towers residents include a 30’ x 60’ heated outdoor pool overlooking the intracostal waterway, 24 hour hi-tech security including closed circuit TV, a large and very pleasant Community Room, Board Room, Bike Storage Area, Library, Cable TV (included in the monthly carrying charge), Storage Locker for each apartment, Shuffleboard Court and Laundry and Trash facilities on each floor.
