Finding Your Way Around Town

By Auto – Broward Boulevard is the dividing line for North and South. Andrews Avenue is the dividing line for East and West. Avenues, Terraces, Roads and Ways run North and South while Streets, Places, Courts and Lanes run East and West. Named drives, such as Bayview Drive, run North and South. Numbered drives run East and West. Also, to locate a specific address keep in mind that even numbers are on the South or East side of the street and odd numbers are on the North or West side of the street.

Public Transportation – Broward County has an excellent bus system (Broward County Transit) which enables riders to move about the county with relative ease. CRTN stockholders and guests, only have to walk east to A1A in front of Coral Ridge Towers East to go to the following popular destinations.

  • Downtown arts and museum district (#11)
  • Las Olas Boulevard (#11)
  • River Walk (#11)
  • Sawgrass Mills (#72)
  • Home Depot, Loews, K-Mart (#72)
  • Ft. Lauderdale Airport (#11 then #1 at Central Terminal)
  • Main Library (#11)
  • Galleria Mall (#36)
  • Aventura Mall (#11 then #1 at Central Terminal)
  • Coral Ridge Mall (#72)
  • Tri-Rail Station to Miami Airport (#62)

Also, we have a shuttle bus which stops on 36 Street right next to CRTN.  The bus will take you to the Coral Ridge Shopping Mall and Holy Cross Hospital among other stops. The charge for the shuttle is 25 cents each way (exact change is required, no pennies accepted).  The bus runs approximately every 50 minutes from 8:30am to 4:30pm, from Monday through Friday.
